G.I. Upset Relief

Zofran & Pepcid — Calm Your System, Fast.

60 min lounge session

The Benefits

The G.I. Upset Relief drip combines two fast-acting medications — Zofran (ondansetron) for nausea and vomiting, and Pepcid (famotidine) for acid reduction and stomach discomfort — delivered intravenously for near-immediate effect. When your digestive system is in distress, oral medications are often difficult to keep down and slow to absorb. IV delivery bypasses the gut entirely, allowing both medications to reach therapeutic levels in minutes. Whether you're dealing with a stomach bug, food poisoning, or acute GI distress, this drip is designed to bring rapid, meaningful relief.

Common Goals

  • Stopping nausea and vomiting quickly
  • Relieving acid reflux, heartburn, and stomach cramping
  • Recovering from food poisoning or a stomach illness
  • Rehydrating when oral fluid intake is not possible
  • Getting back to feeling normal as fast as possible

The Experience

Your nurse will assess your symptoms and administer the drip in our calm Bloomington lounge. The infusion runs 30–45 minutes. Zofran typically begins working within minutes of administration — most clients feel the nausea subside well before the drip is complete. The session is gentle and restful, and you'll leave feeling significantly more settled and comfortable.

Daily Rituals

  • Sip clear fluids slowly after your session — do not rush back to solid food
  • Avoid dairy, fatty foods, and alcohol for 24 hours post-infusion
  • Rest as much as possible in the hours following your session
  • Reintroduce food gradually starting with bland, easy-to-digest options
  • Stay hydrated with water and electrolyte drinks as your stomach allows
